To book a cleaning we collect your name, phone, email, address, home details (bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, notes), and payment details. Payment information is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

We use your information to schedule cleanings, dispatch a cleaner, send you confirmations and reminders, take payment, and respond to support requests. Returning customers' details are saved so future bookings take seconds.

The cleaner matched to your booking sees your name, address, phone, and home details — they need this to do the job. We also share data with Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), and our hosting provider as needed to operate the service. We never sell your data.

By booking you agree to receive transactional SMS (confirmations, reminders, day-of updates). Standard message and data rates apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all messages. We won't send marketing SMS unless you separately opt in.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except where we're required to keep records for tax/accounting). Email hello@tidy-dc.com.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we'll notify you promptly.
